The growth of any economy is contingent not only on natural resources, technology and financial capital, but more critically on human capital formation. India’s youth will fail to provide the expected demographic dividend if investments in education and skills are not implemented in a timely, planned, and focused manner.

CIPP has delivered several advocacy programs with India’s northern states for the quicker implementation and adoption of NEP 2020 in those states; CIPP is also actively researching and pursuing the progress of implementation of the NEP programs in these states. The overall objective is to improve skills, livelihood and reduce poverty.
